If the $30/month subscription isn’t paid, your website will be taken offline until payment is resumed. We’ll always give you a heads-up before that happens.
Absolutely. We ask that you stick with us for at least 24 months, which covers the time and cost it takes us to build your site (that’s $30 x 24 = $720).
If you want to exit earlier, you’re welcome to, we’ll just ask you to pay the remaining balance up to the 24-month mark. Once that’s sorted, we’ll hand over all files, assets, and admin access, and you’ll fully own the site.
Yes, you can cancel anytime with 14 days’ notice. If you’re still within the 24-month period, we’ll just ask for the remaining balance as mentioned above.
